Confidential, solutions-focused support for employees navigating personal or professional challenges, helping individuals manage difficulties before they affect wellbeing or work performance.
Enquire NowOur Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support to employees who are navigating personal or professional challenges that are affecting, or beginning to affect, their wellbeing and ability to function at work. It is available to individuals directly and can also be arranged through employers as a staff support service.
Unlike standard EAPs that focus solely on counselling, our approach is practical and solutions-focused, integrating mediation support, career guidance and communication tools where relevant to the individual's situation.
Employers who provide EAP access for their staff invest in a healthier, more productive workforce. Personal and professional difficulties are among the leading causes of presenteeism, absenteeism and staff turnover. Early, confidential support helps employees address difficulties before they escalate.
We work with employers to tailor an EAP arrangement that suits the organisation's size and needs, from individual referrals to structured staff programs. All employee sessions remain confidential from the employer.
The individual or an employer contacts us to discuss the EAP and whether it is appropriate. No details of the employee's circumstances need to be shared by the employer at this stage.
The employee speaks confidentially with us about their situation. We discuss what support may be helpful and agree on the most appropriate approach.
Sessions are conducted one-on-one, online or in person, and are tailored to the individual's needs. Sessions are solution-focused and practical.
Progress is reviewed and further support or referrals, including mediation or career counselling, can be arranged where appropriate.
Please note: EAP sessions are confidential. No information about an individual's participation or the content of sessions is shared with the employer. This service provides general support only and does not constitute legal, medical or psychological advice. We recommend independent professional advice for specific circumstances.
